SINGLE SERVING MEALS
Blueberry French Toast $4.00/slice. I get many positive comments when I display this breakfast item! Pieces of French bread, chunks of cream cheese, blueberries, eggs, and milk. Topped with a homemade blueberry sauce.
*GF Squash & Sausage Shepherd’s Pie $6. We are into squash season now, and this is the perfect meal for it! Ground sausage mixed with garlic, onions, crushed tomatoes, and peas, all topped with buttery, parmesan squash! Different and delicious.
Meat Pies $6. These little pies are very portable (one customer likes to take them along camping). Ground beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions inside a folded circle of pie dough. Fully cooked; reheat in oven or microwave (or even on a campfire!)
*GF Chicken Rice Soup $8/pint; $16/quart, plus $1 refundable deposit on jar. This is truly satisfying soup, with carrots, celery, and onions cooked along with the chicken and rice.

PIES
$6/mini; $18/large
Special This Week: Custard Pie $6/mini; $16/large. *Available GF: $7/mini; $18 large. When I was young, my mother used to make custard and I loved it. Custard pie is a wonderful old fashioned dessert made with milk (I use half-and-half for extra richness), eggs, sugar, vanilla, and a touch of nutmeg. Sprinkled with cinnamon on top. A lighter pie, but definitely not light on flavor!
