SINGLE SERVING MEALS

Breakfast Empanadas $4.50 (see photo) Half moon pies filled with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese.

Italian Chicken Stir Fry $4.50 (see photo) Besides chicken, this colorful stir fry has a variety of vegetables including peppers, zucchini, peas, green beans, and tomatoes. Nutritious and delicious!

Layered Basil Salad $8 plus $1 refundable deposit on jar. (see photo) When I first heard about salads in a jar, I thought, what a great idea! This one has layers of lettuce, ham, macaroni, carrots, peas, cheese, hard boiled eggs, and tomatoes, topped with a delicious basil dressing. Just dump in a bowl, stir and eat! Quart size.

Vegetable Ground Beef Soup $6/pint; $12/quart plus $1 refundable deposit on jar.

Key Lime Bars $3. These have a shortbread type crust topped with lime filling and toasted coconut on top!
