SINGLE SERVING MEALS
Spring Morning Casserole $6 slice. I like to offer this delightful egg casserole during asparagus season. It includes bread cubes, chopped ham, cheese, eggs, milk, and sauteed asparagus, red pepper, and onion.
Taco Pies $6.50. These terrific little pies will make your taste buds smile! Cornmeal crust, ground beef & pork filling with pinto beans and salsa, and a topping made with cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sharp cheddar cheese.
Tuna Noodle $6. Classic recipe with pimientos, celery, onions, tuna, noodles, and plenty of melted cheddar cheese on top.
Minestrone Vegetable Soup $8/pint; $16/quart, plus $1 refundable deposit on jar. This delicious vegetable soup has carrots, celery, onions, cabbage, kidney beans, tomatoes, green beans and pasta. *Available GF without pasta.

SWEET TREATS
Chocolate Marshmallow Bars $3. These are one of my family’s favorites! Brownie base covered with marshmallows and a fabulous topping made with peanut butter, chocolate, and rice krispies.
Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins $1.50 each. These are made with buttermilk and have a cinnamon pecan topping.
Thumbprints $5/half dozen; $10/dozen
Chipper Bars $3 each
Blueberry Pecan Coffeecake $3/slice
Maple Granola $5/bag
Gluten-free: Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins $1.50 each. Made with coconut flour and topped with pecans.

Special This Week: Rhubarb Pies! $20/large; $7/small. Rhubarb is back in season and this wonderful pie is available with a crumb topping or a double crust. (Mini pies will have either crumble topping or flower cutouts made from pie pastry.) Specify crumb topping or double crust. *GF Rhubarb Pies available, $22/large; $8 small.
