When not hosting guests at the B&B, Christina is at the Market offering a variety delicious freshly prepared treats similar to what she serves her guests These include a variety of large (2oz.) delicious, freshly baked cookies warm from the on-location oven along with delicious scones and muffins. Personal-size frittatas prepared with Hollyhock Hill Farm’s fresh eggs, fresh vegetables and meats that can be warmed and enjoyed at the Market or taken home for later. There are also gluten-free treats offered weekly including cookies, muffins, and scones. Seasonal items include hot cocoa bombs, biscotti, and decorated sugar cookies. Fresh portobello and button mushrooms year round, hand shelled local black walnuts and honey, plus a full line of Frontier organic herbs and bottled spices/mixes.
Growing seasonal local sun-rippened fruits and vegetables using organic practice. Featuring lots of heirlooms as well as the best of the new introductions. With both a horticulture degree and state food sanitation license to grow and deliver safe quality food to the market while respecting the soil with sustainable methods.
